Understanding your community’s differing needs, being accountable, keeping residents and businesses informed of your work and priorities and fostering a sense of community are essential in being a successful parish or town council.
Our course will explore how your council can improve engagement with your community and give you more confidence in delivering services, decision making and providing leadership in the community.
This unit is suitable for both councillors and clerks and those studying CiLCA Unit 5.
