Join us for this informative briefing session to discover what it means to be an internal auditor for parish and town councils. Whether you have experience in finance, bookkeeping or auditing, or are simply interested in learning more, this session will provide a practical introduction to the role.

- How to get started and access further support and training , including our proposals to re-fund the registration fee for successful PiALC (Principles of Internal Auditing Local Councils) students on completion of some local internal audits.
The session will be led by CDALC’s Executive Officer, Audrey Christie and will feature experienced internal auditors who will share their real-life experiences, discuss the challenges and rewards of the role, and provide valuable advice for those considering becoming an auditor.
