Congratulations to Startforth Parish Council who have recently been awarded Foundation Council Status by NALC
On Wednesday 15th May 2024 , Startforth Parish Council was officially handed its Foundation Award on behalf of the National Association of Local Councils by Cllr Mike Harker , CDALC Executive and Audrey Christie CDALC’s Executive Officer. The award was received by the chair of the Parish Council , Cllr Pat Estall and the Parish Clerk, Judith Mashiter.
